All the lambs have now arrived, after a disaster with the fox taking six

we are left with 46 lambs this year.

The Abacus Shetland Pony Stud is looking to find homes for

approximately 15 of its ponies, we need to reduce stock,

for sale at reasonable prices, no offers and good homes only.

For sale:    Pony of the month for May is ‘Abacus Katana’

Katana is a home bred miniature filly, 32”, born 3rd May 2008. She has a calm, gentle nature, good to handle.  She is a lovely unusual colour, chestnut dun,

with highlights throughout her mane.  Only for sale as we need to reduce the breeding herd, I cannot keep them all.  £300.  Her pedigree, more details and

The Abacus Stud is looking for a volunteer to help in the care of

the ponies and sheep or either.

Opportunity to take a active role with the animals, including

lambing

Need to live locally to Leighton Buzzard and/or Dunstable.  Some

experience beneficial but not essential, but a basic animal intuition

needed.
